JUST A CRACK

*MORNING TEA*☕ *WEDNESDAY 21 JANUARY 2024*  *JUST A CRACK*⚓️ *TODAY’S SCRIPTURE*📖 Seven priests will walk ahead of the Ark, each carrying a ram's horn. On the seventh day you are to march around the town seven times, with the priests blowing the horns. _*(Joshua 6:4, NLT)*_ _*Joshua 6:4 KJV*_ And seven priests shall bear before the ark seven trumpets of rams' horns: and the seventh day ye shall compass the city seven times, and the priests shall blow with the trumpets. *TODAY’S WORD*🍞 The city of Jericho, which was surrounded by a huge stone wall so thick that chariots could ride on top, was the last city that stood between the people of Israel and the Promised Land. GOD told Joshua to have the people march around the walls once a day for six days and seven times on the seventh day. It wouldn't have been so difficult if, while they were walking, they saw a little crack in the wall or a shift in the foundation, but nothing day after day. They didn't understand it but j

FINDING REST IN RESTLESS WORLD 🌍

There’s nothing wrong with being entertained, but sometimes we have to stop and be still so we can focus on knowing GOD.  This is especially true during the difficult times in life. When you are facing a challenge, it’s easy to want to run to a friend or talk about it with a neighbor. But at some point, you have to stop and say, “GOD, I rest in You. I know You have me in the palms of Your hands.” Remember, our battles are spiritual battles. T

Stepping Stone

Stepping Stones Today's Scripture So Pharaoh sent for Joseph, and he was quickly brought from the dungeon. Genesis 41:14, NIV TODAY'S WORD When Joseph was a teenager, God put a dream in his heart that one day he would be in leadership, but his brothers became jealous and sold him into slavery in Egypt. He was being his best, but his owner’s wife falsely accused him of a crime, and he was put in prison. For thirteen long years it was one wrong after another. But notice that each of these wrongs was necessary to bring Joseph to where God wanted him to be—the interpreter of Pharaoh’s dream, taking him from the dungeon to being made the prime minister of Egypt. Maybe you’re having some wrongs in your life—someone betrayed you, a door closed on the dream you worked so hard for. How do you know you’re not a Joseph? How do you know that the wrongs are not divine detours, the hand of God leading you into something more amazing than you’ve ever imagined? You can live out of a place of
