*𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗘𝗔* ☕ *FRIDAY 28 FEBRUARY 2025  BE HAPPY NO MATTER  THE CIRCUMSTANCES *⚓️ *𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬'𝗦 𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘*📖 Happy are the people who are in such a state; happy are the people whose GOD is the *LORD*.  _*(Psalm 144:15, NKJV)*_ _*Psalm 144:15 KJV*_ Happy is that people, that is in such a case: yea, happy is that people, whose GOD is the *LORD* *𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬'𝗦 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗗*🍞 Sometimes when we look at our circumstances - fighting an illness, going through a financial setback, having trouble at work - we don’t see much to be happy аbout. But we can still be happy because we know that our GOD is on the throne. He controls the universe. He’s our provider, our healer, our vindicator, and our way maker. We can be happy that the most powerful force in the universe is on our side. We can be happy that what was meant for harm, He’s turning to our advantage. We can be happy that He’s promised to work out His plan for our life. No person, no bad break, no sickness, a...

THE POISON OF UNFORGIVENESS

*𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗘𝗔* ☕ THURSDAY  26 FEBRUARY  2025   *𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗢𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗨𝗡𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗚𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦*⚓️ *𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬'𝗦 𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘*📖 How beloved and gracious were Saul and Jonathan! _*(2 Samuel 1:23, NLT)*_ _*2 Samuel 1:23 KJV*_ Saul and Jonathan were lovely and pleasant… *𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬'𝗦 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗗*🍞 David served and showed great honor to King Saul, but Saul grew jealous of David’s popularity, tried to kill him, and then had his soldiers pursue David in the wilderness for years. Yet when Saul was killed in battle, David wept and wrote a beautiful funeral song for Saul and his friend Jonathan that is recorded in 2 Samuel 1. David called this man who made his life miserable and caused him heartache “beloved and gracious.” Can you imagine writing a song to honor your biggest enemy? A key to David’s success is that he didn’t let the things that weren’t fair - the betrayal, the hurts, the injustices - get inside. He forgave Saul and turned his situations ove...

His faithful love endures forever!" For I will restore the prosperity of this land to what it was in the past, says the *LORD*. _*(Jeremiah 33:11, NLT)*_ _*Jeremiah 33:11 KJV*_ …the voice of them that shall say, Praise the *LORD* of hosts: for the *LORD* is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: and of them that shall bring the sacrifice of praise into the house of the *LORD*. For I will cause to return the captivity of the land, as at the first, saith the *LORD*. *𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬'𝗦 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗗*🍞 In today's Scripture, Jeremiah prophesied that GOD would bring back the people of Judah and Israel from their captivity to the Babylonian conquerors. He was saying that when you thank GOD and offer up a sacrifice of praise even when you don...

HAVE DEEP ROOTS

*𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗘𝗔* ☕ *WEDNESDAY  𝟭9 FEBRUARY 2025*  *𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗗𝗘𝗘𝗣 𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗧𝗦*⚓️ *𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬'𝗦 𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘*📖 You can’t find firm footing in a swamp, but life rooted in GOD stands firm.  _*(Proverbs 12:3, MSG)*_ _*Proverbs 12:3 KJV*_ A man shall not be established by wickedness: but the root of the righteous shall not be moved. *𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬'𝗦 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗗*🍞 When the ground is saturated, even a big sturdy oak tree with an extensive root system that extends beyond its canopy can be blown over by high winds. That’s because most of its roots are less than twelve inches deep and don’t have anything to anchor to. It’s the same principle in life.  We all have things that come against us - a medical issue, a business downturn, a child gets in trouble. What’s going to determine whether or not you stand strong and outlast these storms is the depth of your roots. The reason some people are always upset, offended, and discouraged is that they only have surface roo...

EIPPING OFF THE ROOF OF FAITH

In effect, they were saying, “We’re taking you to *JESUS*. You may not think you can ever walk again, but we are believing for you. You can borrow our faith.” When they got there, the house was so packed they couldn’t get in. Rather than give up, they carried the man to the roof, took off the covering, and lowered him to *JESUS*. It says that “when *JESUS* saw their faith,” He healed the man. It wasn’t the fait...

DAYS OF MY TROUBLES ARE TEMPORARILY!!

*MORNING TEA * ☕ THURSDAY   13  FEBRUARY 2025  *𝗗𝗔𝗬𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗘 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗔𝗥𝗬*⚓️ *𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬'𝗦 𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘*📖 Therefore take up the whole armor of GOD, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. _*(Ephesians 6:13, NKJV)*_ _*Ephesians 6:13 KJV*_ Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of GOD, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. *𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬'𝗦 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗗*🍞 In life we all have days of trouble, days of opposition, days of darkness. But the same God who said there will be a day of trouble also said there will be a day when that trouble ends. You may be in difficulty right now. Be encouraged - it’s not permanent. GOD has set an expiration date to it. You’re in the middle now, but at the appointed time, the end will come. Don’t be overwhelmed by a sickness, or a legal problem, or a situation in your finances - each has an expiration date. It’s one of those da...

But now you have turned to your Shepherd, the Guardian of your souls. _*(1 Peter 2:25, NLT)*_ _*1 Peter 2:25 KJV*_ For ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls. *𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬'𝗦 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗗*🍞 When we look at all the natural disasters, sicknesses, and accidents going on around us, it's easy to live worried and afraid. We think, "What if we face another pandemic? What if my business doesn't make it? What if my child has an accident?" If you were on your own, you would have valid reasons to be afraid. But you're not in this by yourself. The Most High GOD is the Guardian of your soul. When He breathed life into you, He didn't just put you on the earth and say, "Good luck." He says, "I will guard you from f...

And GOD granted him what he requested.  _*(1 Chronicles 4:10, NASB)*_ _*1 Chronicles 4:10 KJV*_ And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested. *𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬'𝗦 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗗*🍞 In 1 Chronicles 4, Jabez was a man that people said was supposed to have trouble and heartache and lived depressed and defeated, but he shook off the negative mentality. Despite how people labeled him, he had the boldness to ask big, that GOD would bless ...

SOMETHING NEW IS COMING

*MORNING  TEA* ☕ FEBRUARY SUNDAY 2  2025  𝗦𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗜𝗦 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗚*⚓️ *𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬'𝗦 𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘*📖 Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? _*(Isaiah 43:18-19, NIV)*_ _*Isaiah 43:18-19 KJV*_ [18] Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old.  [19] Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. *𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬'𝗦 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗗*🍞 Isaiah’s prophecy in today’s Scripture was directed to the Israelites when they had been in captivity in Babylon for many years. I’m sure they thought, “Have you seen how powerful our enemies are? We’re stuck. We’ll never be free, never own our own houses, never live an abundant life.” But GOD says that if you’re dwelling on the past, you won’t see the new thing. If you’re focused on who hurt you and what wasn’t fair, y...
