TURNING WITHIN IN MOMENTS OF PRAYER,  I CONNECT WITH d GOD LIFE FLOWING THROUGHOUT MY BODY,  ENERGIZING AND STRENGHTENING ME.  AT ANY TIME THEREAFTER, I CAN PAUSE,  TAKE A DEEP BREATH,  AND REALIZE THE ENERGIZING EFFECTS OF AFFERMING THE LIFE OF GOD THAT IS MY TRUE NATURE.  WHILE I MAY FEEL THE EFFECT S OF THE DAY'S ACTIVITIES IN MY MUSCELES OR REALIZE THAT I  AM BECOMING TIRED, I KNOW THAT DIVINE LIFE IS UNLIMITED.  I AM STRONG, VIGOROUS,  VIBRANT,  AND HEALTHY THROUGH THE ACTIVITY OF LIFE OF GOD WITHIN ME AND EXPRESSING AS ME.
