July /21/2026 Prophetic Word: Take Care of Yourself “Guard what I have entrusted to you,” says the Lord. “You have spent much of your life pouring into others, carrying burdens that were never yours to carry, strengthening those who were weak, and encouraging those who had lost hope. But now I am calling you to take care of yourself. Do not mistake self-care for selfishness. Even My Son withdrew to lonely places to pray (Luke 5:16). He rested, He communed with the Father, and He guarded His strength for His assignment. If the Savior understood the necessity of renewal, how much more do you? I say to you today: Guard your spirit. Guard your mind. Guard your body. Guard your heart. The enemy does not always attack with obvious battles; sometimes he seeks to exhaust you until you have nothing left to give.
