Everything belongs to God !!

Yours, O Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the majesty and the splendor, for everything in heaven and earth is yours. Everything comes from you, and we have given you only what comes from your hand.. ( 1 Chronicles 29:11,14)....  The whole nation is Israel was willing to dig deep into their pockets, together with their king, for the house of god to built. after collecting gold and silver, bronze and copper, David prayed the beautiful prayer of thanksgiving that is found in 1 Chronicles 29:10-19 where he acknowledged that all gifts that they brought together actually belonged to god anyway because everything they had, they had received from Him.. before deciding what or how much you are going to give to god's kingdom there is one fact that we need to take notes of. all your possession come from God. None of the things that you regard as your own property, therefore, actually belong to you. all that you can do is give the things back to god that you have already received from him.. Heavenly Father, i now realize for the  first time that everything that i have comes from you and that i can only give back to you the things that belongs to you. thank you my Lord and my God, thank you very much for Your generosity toward me, please make me more generous to others in Jesus name Amen ....
