GIVING GLORY TO GOD

Whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. Give no offense, wither to the Jews or to the Greeks or to the church of God, just as I also please all men in all thing, not seeking my own profit, but the profit of many, that they may be saved. 1 Corinthians 10:31-33

Your life can be busy with many things this week. You could focus on your financial portfolio, a favorite sports team, an upcoming business decision that may catapult your career, or spending time with your family. While those things are not unworthy of your time, why not choose to focus on something entirely different this week?
Why not focus on giving glory to God in everything this week? Refuse to get tangled up in the details of life that drain your energy and joy. Rise above the frustrating details and exhausting demands of everyday life by keeping your eyes and heart looking to heaven.
Don't let trivial details weigh heavily on you this week. Make important choices this week. Decide, for instance, to give glory to God in everything you do. When you do so, people will see Christ in you, and God may even use you to lead someone to salvation.
Yes, live this week giving glory to God! Pass on any praise you receive to Jesus, who will one day receive all praise and glory!
