THE PROMISE OF HIS PRESENCE

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch you. For I am the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel your Savior. Isaiah 43:2-3


God is always present with His children, and He draws nearer to us in the midst of our trails. No matter what your struggle or hardship, God promises that He will be with you.
When we walk through fires or pass through the waters of life, sometimes we may begin to doubt God. But God allows certain things to happen to us so that we might lean on Him and grow spiritually. If we trust in the Lord with all of our hearts, He promises never to leave us nor forsake us. When we learn this lesson and apply it in our lives, we will experience a peace that surpasses all understanding. We will be able to stand boldly in faith and speak of our love for Christ with great confidence. Remember that the Holy One of Israel, our Savior, loves us with an everlasting love. The very hairs on our heads are all numbered, and God knows us perfectly from inside out.
We can fully trust God to stand with us no matter how intense our trails may be. He is present and knows the exact depth of what we're facing. Our greatest fear may be that we can't endure the trails, but God's presence with us gives us strength and He promises that what we face will not overwhelm or defeat us.

Prayer :

Lord, help me to focus on Your presence during life's trails. Thank You for Your ever present Spirit, who never abandons me. Amen.
