TRUSTING GOD FOR THE IMPOSSIBLE

Abraham did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform. And therefore "it was accounted to him for righteousness". Romans 4:20-22

As Abraham neared one hundred years of age and Sarah was long past childbearing years, he still trusted God for the impossible. Humanly speaking, pregnancy was impossible. But divinely choreographed, nothing is impossible! That is why Abraham did not waver in unbelief. Abraham knew that God was able to do anything. He has seen it before, and he knew he would see it again. Trusting God alone, Abraham stood on the Lord's promises and trusted God for the impossible.
We cannot think ourselves into a deeper walk with Christ. We cannot feel our way into a deeper walk with Christ. We must instead simply place our faith in Christ alone for every aspect of life.
After all, God can do more in a moment than you and I can do in a lifetime. Do you need a breakthrough in your life? Or a miracle? Do you need God to step in and do what man says absolutely impossible?
Read God's Word now. Hear His voice today. When He speaks through His Word to you, stand on the promises you find there. The Lord's promise is sufficient; it is all you need whatever you face.
Remember that God can do anything at any time. And God can do more in a moment than you can do in a lifetime. So trust Him!

Prayer :

Lord, You are a Promise Maker and Promise Keeper with whom nothing is impossible. I want to live my life totally trusting You.

Amen
