JESUS TRUTH CHANGES US FOR HIS GLORY

For the word of the Lord is right, and all His work is done in truth. He loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of the goodness of the Lord. Psalms 33:4-5

Jesus truth is dynamic and powerful (Hebrews 4:12). When we cherish His truth, it can effect extraordinary change in the ways we live. Our personal holiness is obtained positionally at the moment of salvation (Romans 3:21-22), but believers are called to pursue holiness throughout their Christian journeys (1 Peter 1:15-16). At the end of the day, all righteous living is a result of a heart devoted to God's truth (Psalms 119:19).
The psalmist spoke of this in his description of the Word of the Lord. After describing the Bible as trustworthy and dependable, he remarked on how the Lord "loves righteousness and justice." Together, these two terms call us to do what is right in the eyes of the Lord, to live a holy life.
Since our Creator is the God of truth and since He loves righteousness, His truth will naturally lead us to live holy lives. Second Timothy 3:16 teaches that Scripture provides "instruction and righteous."
If you want live rightly, regularly ingest God's Word. His truth will enlighten your mind as well as show you the path of moral and spiritual living. As God's principles and precepts change you, He will subsequently use your changed life as a light for His glory in a dark world.

Prayer :

Father, help me to read, to understand, and to obey Your Word so that You might be glorified in my life.
