FLY WITH THE WINGS OF AN EAGLE

Those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles. Isaiah 40:31 

Life carries a heavy burden of human pettiness. Some issues are of little importance, but others are molehills which were allowed to become mountains. An insignificant thing that is blown out of proportion; an unwatched word which causes pain that was never intended. We so easily get bogged down by things that don't really matter. The vision of what you can be is easily dimmed by a narrow-minded view and petty spirit.
A positive Christian has the ability to rise above irritations by trusting in the Lord under circumstances and by remaining conscious of His living presence. It is impossible to be petty and narrow-minded when the love of Christ fills your heart and mind. 
Spreading His love by the power of the Holy Spirit means to rise above petty narrow-mindedness and to reach those heights which the God of love desires all His children to live at.
Regardless of the circumstances that you live in, you must never allow them to claim your attention to the extent that you lose sight of spiritual realities. These are the very things that add depth, purpose, meaning and direction to your existence. By developing a consciousness of the presence of the living God and by always trusting in Him, you will be able to fly like the eagles, and see things in their right perspective.

Prayer :

Holy Spirit, fill me with Your love so that I may be ever conscious of Your presence.
