SHIELD AND STRONGHOLD

The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. Psalms 18:2

Regardless of who you are or what your circumstances may be, there comes a time in your life when you need someone you can fully trust. You might need advice, assistance or encouragement and you look for someone you can trust to assist you in your particular situation.
The problem is that people often fickle and not to be trusted.
Sometimes those you approach for help ate engrossed in their own problems that they have very little time to assist you, thus causing you to become disappointed and vulnerable.
The joy of Christianity is the fact that God is only a prayer away. Whatever your problem or need, whenever it may occur, the Lord is waiting for you to turn to Him. Submit your problems to Him as He accompanies you on the journey He has laid out your life.
Because He is omniscient, omnipotent and all-seeing, you can rest assured that His way will eventually be your benefit.
The absolute trustworthiness of the risen Christ, who is the same yesterday, today and forever more, is your guarantee that God's way is best for you. This fact has been proven over and over again through the years. Therefore, when you are in need, turn to Him and allow Christ to enfold you with His love and to protect and encourage you.

Prayer :

Lord, You are my rock and my fortress. You will deliver me from anything if I turn to You.
