GRATEFUL OBEDIENCE

 I will put breath in you; and you shall live. Ezekiel 37:6

If your faith has lost it’s energy, the time has come for you to take stock spiritually. It is not the will of your Heavenly Father that your faith in Him should be a burden to you. Therefore, the cause of your spiritual deadness lies in yourself and not in Him. 

Perhaps, in your zeal and enthusiasm to serve Him, you have set your mind more on getting things done, than on following the will of the Lord.

The courage of your faith carried you for a time, but has now decreased fast. You discover that though you were busy working for God, you have lost the consciousness of His divine presence in your life. Something indispensable has vanished from your life.

There is but one way to revival. In order for you to taste the joy of an experience with God through Jesus Christ again, you must make heart the home of His Holy Spirit. Through God’s in dwelling Spirit, you will start living a victorious life in Jesus again.

The greatest joy, however, lies in the fact that your life is reflecting the glory of Christ again, even though it may be in a small measure. When this happens, your faith becomes an inspiration as well as the motivational force in your life. It becomes the most important matter of your life, because Christ is a glorious reality. 

Prayer : 

Holy Spirit, take control of my life so that I may reclaim my zeal and fervor for You. Inspire me through Your Holy Spirit. Amen
