Word for the day and night  

The Lord says, When you feel down or discouraged ,be proactive. Put all outward things, circumstances, and priorities in their place. Outward focus or looking for satisfaction from anything external to you is self-defeating. Your worth and the meaning of your life arises from who you are in Me. Turn to the kingdom I have placed on the inside of you. Know that righteousness, peace, and joy proceeds from My throne and My presence in your life and not any other thing. Your emotions, like spoiled children, will never – ever accept anything other than outward distraction or titillation. Put the soul man in check and draw from the wells of salvation that will refresh you and lift you out of desperation to a new place of hope and joyful expectation.
